We are a China-based B2B project contact operated by Tianjin Guyang Trading Co., Ltd. Product configuration and shipping options are reviewed for the individual enquiry. Local venue services and installation responsibilities should be identified separately.
Choose the display around the job
| Project need | Product direction to consider | Information that helps the review |
|---|---|---|
| Make a name or logo visible at a stand | Inflatable letters and logo signs | Word or artwork, allocated space and main viewing direction |
| Introduce a branded product | Bottle, can or other product-shaped replica | Packaging references, important graphic areas and display dimensions |
| Create a space-themed scenic feature | A UFO-shaped prop or moon and planet display | Visual concept, lighting brief and intended placement |
| Build a recognizable campaign character | Custom mascot or cartoon display | Authorized character artwork and front, side and back references |
Start with the custom inflatable product range, or review the UFO display and moon and planet options for a space-themed brief.
Bring the hall requirements into the first conversation
For exhibition projects in Helsinki, attach the organizer’s current exhibitor manual and identify the hall and stand. A venue’s rules can change the practical scope of a display before its appearance is finalized.
Messukeskus publishes separate instructions for electrical services and suspensions, including hall-specific restrictions. Consult its guidelines and permissions with your stand contractor before committing to an overhead concept. The named venue is a planning reference, not an InflatCustom client or endorsement.
For other Finnish venues, use the requirements of the actual organizer rather than assuming the same rules apply.
Check the power schedule as well as the connection
Specify when the display needs to operate: during visitor hours, while the stand is being built or after the hall closes. Lighting and inflation equipment may have different operating needs.
Messukeskus describes timed stand power and separately arranged continuous supply in its stand construction services. Ask the venue’s electrical provider which arrangements are appropriate for the proposed equipment. This is especially relevant if the display is expected to remain inflated between show days.
Send the equipment requirements to the event contractor before ordering services. A photograph of a plug or an illuminated concept is not enough to define the electrical scope.
Review placement, access and documents together
Share the stand footprint, permitted height, loading route and space for equipment. For a suspended concept, the local contractor needs information about the proposed item and its attachments, together with the venue’s review requirements. A product quotation is not venue approval.
Ask the organizer which material or product documents it needs, then request a review of the documents available for the selected build. Confirm what is covered before approving production. Do not assume that a document relating to one component approves the complete installation.
Describe outdoor use precisely
For an outdoor campaign, include the season, site photographs, ground surface, display hours and exposure to weather. Identify the team responsible for setup, supervision and shutdown.
Do not treat an indoor exhibition proposal as an outdoor specification. Material selection, equipment protection and operating limits need review for the actual conditions. If the proposed event dates or site conditions are uncertain, make that clear in the initial enquiry.
Plan receipt before planning opening day
Give the delivery city and postal code, the person or business receiving the shipment, and the latest useful arrival date. Distinguish the event opening date from the date your contractor needs the goods for inspection and setup.
Identify whether the goods go to a business address, a storage location or an organizer-managed receiving point. Ask the receiving party about booking procedures, access and storage. Packed dimensions, shipment method, delivery terms and import responsibilities should be agreed from the confirmed order scope; this page does not promise a fixed transit time or tax-inclusive delivery.
For repeat campaigns, include the number of planned deployments, storage arrangements and the people responsible for checking and packing the display. Agree the accessory list and any inspection information required with the order.
Finland sourcing questions
Can I request a quote before the venue is confirmed?
Yes. Send the proposed event format, approximate size, quantity, artwork and destination city. Identify the venue as undecided; placement, documentation and operating requirements will need review when it is selected.
Can InflatCustom approve my display for a Finnish exhibition hall?
Venue acceptance is handled by the relevant organizer and local project professionals. We review the proposed product and available project information; approval should not be assumed from the quotation.
Is a UFO-shaped display suitable for every exhibition stand?
No. The diameter, viewing angle, available space, lighting conditions and proposed support method need to fit the stand. A logo sign or a different display format may suit the available space better.
Does the quote include installation in Finland?
Do not assume local installation is included. Identify your local contractor and ask the written quote to separate the supplied product, accessories, shipping scope and any separately arranged services.
What details should I send first?
Send the product idea, approximate dimensions, quantity, destination city and required date. Add the venue manual, artwork and a short description of indoor or outdoor use when available.
Prepare your Finland project brief
Use the existing enquiry form to start with your name, email, product type and destination country. Add your company, venue, target dimensions, quantity and required date if available. For an illuminated scenic display, include the audience viewpoint and the intended lighting effect.
