Terms of Sourcing

These terms apply to B2B quotation discussions for made-to-order advertising inflatables supplied under the InflatCustom brand by Tianjin Guyang Trading Co., Ltd. They describe the sourcing process on this website and do not replace the project-specific quotation, proforma invoice, artwork approval or written agreement issued for an individual order.

Because products are custom made, the applicable product specification, commercial terms and delivery arrangement are confirmed only in the written documents agreed for the project.

A quotation is prepared from the available project brief, including the product type, dimensions, quantity, artwork, intended use, destination and requested date. A quote may be revised when these details change or when additional technical review is needed.

Website descriptions and planning visuals are general guidance. They are not a binding offer, fixed price, fixed lead time, shipping commitment or confirmation that a requested configuration is suitable for a particular venue or weather condition.

Buyers are responsible for providing artwork and confirming that they have permission to use any logos, characters, photographs, trademarks or other supplied material. Design support may be discussed after the project brief is reviewed.

Production should begin only after the project specification and artwork or design proof are approved in writing. Buyers should check spelling, dimensions, colours, layout and other supplied details before approval.

Production methods, materials, accessories and inspection scope are selected and confirmed for the specific product and use case. A request for a particular material, document, test, accessory or venue requirement must be included in the quotation discussion so feasibility can be reviewed.

Inspection information, packing details and any production records provided for an order are project-specific. They do not create a general certification, warranty or performance guarantee unless expressly included in the applicable written agreement.

International shipping options are available based on destination, cargo size and project requirements. The available transport method, freight scope, customs documents, delivery terms and estimated timing are confirmed during quotation.

DDP may be available for eligible destinations. Availability, customs scope and delivery terms are confirmed during quotation. Buyers remain responsible for providing accurate delivery and importer information requested for the agreed shipping arrangement.

Payment timing, change handling and cancellation terms are set out in the project-specific quotation, proforma invoice or written agreement. Custom production, artwork preparation and freight planning may involve costs that cannot be reversed after the relevant work has been approved or started.
