Modular Inflatable Event Structure System for a Quebec Event Agency

A Quebec-based event production agency approached us to build not a single inflatable, but a coordinated environment: display columns to frame the site, an event tent as the operational hub, and a ticketing counter as the visitor's first touchpoint. Working bilingually in French and English, the agency's brief emphasized visual unity — every piece had to read as one brand system, with structural hardware kept out of sight.

The agency requested two complete colorway proposals — a yellow structure with black borders and logo, and the exact inversion — rendered across all pieces so their internal team could evaluate the system as a whole. Our design team produced full-set renderings for both directions. A specific engineering request shaped the detail work: hanging points on the columns were redesigned to be concealed within seam lines, keeping photography angles clean.

Columns and the ticketing counter were produced in 600D Oxford for weekly deployment durability and low transport weight; the tent used PVC-coated fabric for weather duty. Because all pieces shared one Pantone-locked color pair, print runs were batched to guarantee that the yellow on a column matches the yellow on the counter under daylight.

The full set shipped as one consolidated DDP consignment, clearing Canadian customs as a single entry with duties prepaid — one delivery, one paper trail, every piece arriving together for the agency's staging rehearsal.
