Logistics & Shipping
Do you offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping?
Yes. We specialize in DDP delivery to the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and EU. This means we handle all customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes, delivering directly to your door with zero hidden fees.
How long is the total lead time from order to delivery?
Standard production takes 7-15 working days. Express air freight takes 5-7 days. We recommend allowing 4-6 weeks total for most international projects to ensure design and QC are perfect.
Technical & Material
What materials do you use for outdoor inflatables?
We primarily use 600D high-tenacity Oxford fabric (lightweight/vibrant) and 0.4-0.6mm PVC Tarpaulin (waterproof/industrial durability). All materials are UV-stabilized and cold-weather resistant.
Are the blowers compatible with my country's voltage?
Yes. We provide 110V (USA/Canada) or 220V (EU/UK/AU) blowers with the correct local plug standard. All blowers are CE/UL certified.
Certifications & Safety
Do your products meet fire safety standards for indoor malls?
Absolutely. We provide NFPA 701 (North America), BS 7837 (UK), and AS/NZS 1530.2 (Australia) certified fire retardant materials, mandatory for indoor venues and shopping centers.
Is InflatCustom an audited factory?
Yes. We are a direct manufacturer (Tianjin Vishome Furniture Co., Ltd.) with SGS audited manufacturing facilities. We provide real factory photos and video inspections on request.
