The buyer needed a festival object that read instantly as a beverage can from long distance and close-up photos. The challenge was not just making a tall cylinder. The engineering discussion focused on preventing the inflatable from becoming a soft tube. Internal baffles held the top disc and shoulder geometry, while the label band height was checked in mockup so the replica would still read as the product after inflation. Lighting was discussed before production because dusk is when festival content is often captured.

The replica used continuously blown Oxford fabric with internal structure, reinforced base skirt, webbing D-rings and integrated LED planning.
