Project Background
A US-based retail marketing team approached InflatCustom ahead of a flagship store grand opening, needing a storefront-scale branded display capable of being seen from the adjacent parking lot and main road. Standard vinyl banners had been used for previous openings but hadn't generated the visual impact or social engagement the brand was targeting for this higher-profile launch location.
Design & Engineering
The client provided their existing brand wordmark as a vector file along with exact Pantone color codes from their brand guidelines. Our 3D engineering team produced a full storefront-scale mockup within 24 hours, allowing the client to visualize letter spacing and proportional sizing against their actual storefront photo before approving production. One round of revision was requested to adjust letter spacing slightly for better visibility from the parking lot angle.

Each letter was constructed from 600D Oxford fabric for vibrant color reproduction and manageable weight for repeated setup across future promotional events. All seams were high-frequency welded, and the full set underwent our standard 24-hour continuous inflation test before packing.

The completed letter set shipped via DDP air freight, arriving at the client's US distribution center within the standard delivery window. On-site setup for the full 6-letter, 9-meter-wide installation was completed in under 20 minutes by the client's own event staff using the included setup guide, with no additional technical support required.
