Custom Advertising Mascot Inflatable for a Mexico Retail Launch

A retail brand expanding into a new Mexican market location wanted to bring their existing 2D brand mascot character to life as a large-scale 3D inflatable for their store opening, having previously only used the character in flat printed materials and digital marketing.

The client's existing mascot character design was provided as vector artwork. Our engineering team advised on minor proportional adjustments needed to ensure structural stability in inflatable form — specifically widening the character's base stance slightly for ground anchoring stability. The client approved this adjustment after reviewing the 3D mockup, noting it didn't meaningfully change the character's appearance.

The mascot was constructed from 600D Oxford fabric, selected for its vibrant color reproduction suited to the character's bright, friendly color palette and for manageable weight given the store's plan to move the mascot between indoor and outdoor positions depending on weather.

The completed mascot shipped via DDP air freight to Mexico City, arriving within the standard delivery window ahead of the client's planned opening date. Store staff completed setup independently using the included guide, with the mascot becoming a recurring weekend fixture at the store entrance.
