Custom
Inflatables
For Zambia
Plan a custom inflatable around the people and sites that will use it. InflatCustom reviews mascot, product-character, logo and event-display projects from your artwork, dimensions, quantity, installation setting and destination.
For a Zambia project, send the receiving city, event or school calendar, site photos and available power information. Product construction, inspection evidence, packing and freight options are reviewed against the actual brief.
Plan the display for its real role
School mascots for more than one campus
A school mascot may need to travel between sports days, open days and campus events. Begin with the field or display area, viewing distance, storage space and the staff who will handle the unit. List every intended site so height and packing decisions account for the whole program. Keep one approved character reference and identify the face, school colors and other features that must remain recognizable. Ask what instructions, repair items or backup equipment can be included in the project scope.
Brand characters for retail promotions
A packaging reference can help describe the character you want to explore for a retail campaign. Share authorized artwork, the proposed display position and the features that should attract attention. If waving arms or another moving effect matters, describe it separately. Request a design and equipment review rather than assuming that a product character can perform the same movement as a Tube Man.
Displays for Lusaka exhibitions
Buyers preparing for Lusaka’s Agricultural & Commercial Show should start with their confirmed stand plan and organizer requirements. Send the usable height and footprint, visitor route, access arrangements and any restrictions on temporary displays. Compare a mascot, product replica or logo display according to the message visitors need to recognize. Supplying an inflatable does not replace the exhibitor’s responsibility to obtain the required stand and venue approvals.
Power as part of the project brief
For a display that relies on continuous airflow, confirm the actual venue supply and who will manage operation. If the event has a backup-power plan, have the site team review it against the proposed equipment requirements. Send available voltage, frequency, plug and equipment information before approving a blower package. If using an existing blower, provide its nameplate and connection details for compatibility review.
Outdoor fields and repeat-use handling
Share the ground surface, exposure, installation duration and available setup area. Ask for the selected product’s operating and anchoring instructions, and have the venue team review them for the site. For a unit moving between campuses or events, agree how components will be identified, packed, inspected, cleaned and stored. Discuss the relevant care instructions and repair scope rather than assuming one material or setup suits every location.
Delivery to the named receiving point
State the city and delivery address, the receiving contact’s role, requested arrival date and any access constraints. Compare freight options using the confirmed packed dimensions, weight and quantity. Ask the quotation to separate the product, freight and destination-charge scope. Confirm the importer and any customs representative responsible for reviewing the shipment. The Zambia Revenue Authority’s importation guidance is a starting point for that review; the applicable documents and requirements depend on the declared goods and shipment. Include any blower in the review and keep commercial and packing information consistent with the order.
Choose a product route
| Campaign requirement | Product route | Information to prepare |
|---|---|---|
| A recognizable school or brand character | Custom inflatable cartoon mascots | Character references, viewing distance, site plan and transport between locations |
| A packaging-inspired display concept | Custom shaped inflatable review | Packaging photos, authorized artwork, proposed form and any movement request for feasibility review |
| A display primarily selected for movement | Custom Air Dancers | Intended motion, clearance, power, equipment scope and operating arrangements |
| A large product presentation | Bottle and can replicas | Product proportions, label files, display position and access dimensions |
| An event name, sponsor or entrance marker | Inflatable letters and signs | Approved wording, logo files, readable dimensions and venue layout |
Published project reference
A school mascot in Zambia
Our existing school-group mascot project page records a Zambia brief involving a custom mascot for multiple campuses. Its useful planning themes include field visibility, transport between sites, power access and the accessory package.
Use that project as a discussion reference. Its dimensions, construction and accessories are specific to that brief and do not become standard specifications or promises for a new order.

Can we request a mascot from our school or brand artwork?
"Send original or authorized artwork and identify the recognizable features. Include the sites, target dimensions, quantity and intended use so the design and order scope can be reviewed together."
Can one inflatable be used at several campuses or events?
"It can be planned for multiple sites, but each site needs its own space, power and operating review. Agree packing, component identification, instructions and any spare-item requirement for the selected project."
Is every mascot an Air Dancer?
"No. A stable character display and a moving Air Dancer are different concepts. State which parts should remain stable and which should move, then confirm the proposed build and equipment in writing."
Do you include the blower and backup equipment?
"Ask the quotation to list the inflation equipment and any optional backup or repair items. Do not assume every accessory is included with every design."
Can you quote shipping to Zambia?
"Provide the receiving city or postcode, delivery address, quantity and requested date for a destination review. Freight availability, shipping terms, import responsibility and the arrival assumptions must be confirmed for the actual shipment."
Can you arrange local installation or venue approval?
"Include any installation question in the brief, but do not assume local installation is part of the supply package. The buyer or appointed local team coordinates venue approval and onsite operation; the written quotation should identify the supplier’s agreed scope."
What should we check before dispatch?
"Compare the approved artwork and specification with the agreed inspection evidence. For a character or moving display, use the pre-shipment mascot video checklist to identify the views, movement and package details your team needs to review."
